Sizes/ your Measurements     PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS Payment is by cheque only or cash on collection. Cheques, postal orders or Bank transfer must be in UK Pounds sterling . Payable to Artisan Armours Ltd Payment in any currency other than UK pounds Sterling must first be converted by you. Bank transfers from outside of the UK will incur an additional £12 processing charge. Orders upto £250 Please send full payment in advance. Orders over £250 We require a 30% non refundable deposit in advance followed by full payment on completion of your order and before dispatch. Delivery Times If we have an item in stock it can be dispatched to you within 10 working days of payment, otherwise please allow 2-3 weeks for most items and 6-8 weeks for full head to toe armours. Please note delivery times can vary if we have a large number of orders booked in. Late delivery, Non Delivery & Damaged items You must inform us within 14 days of our dispatch date if you have not received your order, or if it has been damaged during transit. If you do not inform us of non delivery within 14 days from the dispatch date we can not refund any items lost damaged or stolen during delivery/shipping. Colours & Rivets Leather colours include; light, mid and dark Brown, or Black. Other hand dyed colours available at an additional cost of £20 for Body armours, £10 for Full Leg or Full Arm armour and £5 for all other items include, Red, Blue, Green, Purple and Yellow. Buckles, rivets and studs can be brass or steel finish. Guarantees All our work is guaranteed against defects or breakage for 2 years of reasonable/ normal use. If you are not satisfied with our products we will exchange, repair or issue credit towards future purchases, as long as the items are returned to us within 14 days of dispatch in an unused and perfect state.
